A number of hotels are located on Banff Avenue and Tunnel Mountain, though availability is extremely limited due to the peak tourism season. Airbnb may be another option to consider.
Conference rates extend three days prior and post official conference dates. If you'd like to include those days for your stay, attendees will need to call Banff Centre and book over the phone. Don't forget to reference group code FOP1908 to ensure proper nightly rates.
