The Electrical and Computer Engineering division encourages our staff to take advantage of division and University resources to improve your overall well-being.

ECE Resources

Treadmill and Yoga Stretching Sign-up sheet

ECE staff are encouraged to use the treadmill for 15 minutes each day. Please sign-up to reserve a time slot. Remember to be respectful of others working nearby by keeping noise to a minimum. At this time, as not to disturb others, times are limited to 6 - 10am and 12 - 1pm.

Massage Sign-up sheet

ECE staff are encouraged to sign up for ½ hour massage. After opening the Google doc, click on the tab with the date you are interested in and fill in your name. A fee will be charged of $1 per minute

ECE Exercise Creates Energy Facebook Group

ECE staff are welcome to join the group to share inspirational messages, exercise tips or videos, and healthy recipes.

Active U 2017 Tracker

Join our 12-week exercise program in January and September for 30 minutes 3 times a week.. Successful completion of Active U counts as an activity in the MHealthy Rewards program. Completion of two eligible MHealthy Rewards activities earns staff members up to $100. To learn more about eligible activities, please visit the Staywell Portal.
