Presenter Guidelines

Oral Presentations

Plenary talks are scheduled for 40 min with additional 5 min for questions. Invited talks are scheduled for 25 min with additional 5 min for questions. Oral presentations are 12 min with additional 3 min for questions.

Standard audiovisual equipment will be available in the meeting rooms. Speakers should arrive 10 min early to their session to load their presentation and familiarize themselves with the audiovisual setup.

Presentation times will be strictly followed, as meeting attendees plan their days according to the program schedule.

Poster Presentations

Each presenter will be assigned a space on standard poster boards. The usable space will be 4 feet tall by 3 feet wide.

Thumbtack pins will be provided to mount the posters, and optionally the cloth on the boards is male Velcro compatible. Presenters must ensure their poster is ready prior to the start of the poster session.

Please ensure that the poster contents are in large print to be read from a distance. Have the title in extra-large print across the top of your display.
